Frequent blade change

A drop in performance can be quickly noticed because of a worn blade. We have hence come up with a new blade kit for a frequent change! With the 20-blade kit, you can replace blades at a lower cost to keep a clean cut and avoid damaging the head and the rest of the tool.

We recommend changing the blade every 30,000 cuts. If you have a high production rate, we can then advise you to replace every month, if not every 2 to 3 months.

A clamping or cutting problem can also be due to damage to the head. If changing the blade has not solved the problem, you can order a head maintenance kit.

We recommend replacing it every 100,000 cuts, or approximately from 3 to 10 months depending on the production rate.

Battery wear

Tightening or cutting can also be affected by battery wear. If you notice a lack of repeatabilitiy in clamping or difficulty in cutting, it may be time to change. If you have several tools and/or batteries, take the opportunity to try another one to see if replacement is necessary.
